Consists of two components Network Calendar and Network Task Manager.
Network Calendar
Multi-use Calendar is a comprehensive solution that permit users to offer competent and effective appointment management service. Integrated with the Messaging server, notifications and reminders from the calendar can be sent via SMS/Email.
Features
Alerts/Reminders can be scheduled to be sent before the beginning of an event. In this case, SMS, email , can be used to send events notification to remind to the user. Timeslot in terms of days Hours and Minutes for event notification can also be selected. Reminders can also be sent instantly.
Calendar supports the standard calendar formats, which enables to send and receive events in a multi-platform environment and consequently to include and visualize transparently in any calendar using these standard formats.
The calendar can be shared with other contacts of group with different access levels. The calendar has the capability of sending reminders and notification to individual as well as to group.
RSVP Event is a strong feature of Network Calendar. This is the fastest and most cost effective way to inform or to remind about some event to a number of or a group of people in turn they respond to the notification that helps organizer to organize events in a better way.
A filled calendar with the appropriate appointments the color coding for each category helps to more easily indentify the different types of events. We provide different types of filtering features to isolate the different types of events that allow to quickly analyzing the calendar.
APIs give the flexibility to integrate STPL services and external applications. For example third party billing systems and other tracker and feed solutions.
Network Task Manager
Task Manager is a centralize task management tool that helps to complete the task in a timely manner by notification. The user can set the priorities of the task according to the nature of task. Pre-scheduled reminders can be set to remind or notify user about the upcoming tasks. The user will get the reminders according to his personal settings as programmed by him.
Features
Reminders can be scheduled to be sent to user to remind about specific tasks. In this case, SMS, email or WAP Push, can be used to send reminders. Timeslot in terms of days Hours and Minutes for event notification can also be selected.
The Goal tracker can be shared with other member/contacts of one's group with different access levels (read, read/write and delegation).
The tasks can be populated with 3rd party applications which support iCal and CSV
format via the API's.
